Q. Does the library have access to the AAMC Faculty Salary Report?

Unfortunately we are no longer able to provide access to the current AAMC Faculty Salary Report. In 2022 the AAMC stopped releasing the report in print, and they do not license the electronic version of the report to libraries. It is possible that some departments on campus are able to provide access, using an individual's AAMC membership, or it can be purchased by individuals at member institutions (https://store.aamc.org/aamc-faculty-salary-report-fy-2024-online.html). That model does not work for library loaning or access, however. Print volumes prior to 2022 are part of our collection.

One alternative is Medscape's physician compensation report https://www.medscape.com/slideshow/2025-compensation-overview-6018103
