Q. Can I have copies of archival photographs or documents from Brigham and Women's Archives?

It depends. If the copyright for the photograph or document you are interested in clearly belongs to the Brigham and Women’s Hospital there will be no problem giving you copies. However, BWH does not own the copyright on all the material in our archival collections. Please contact the archivist with questions at chm@hms.harvard.edu.
