There is a free Altmetric tool that is available to help us identify these metrics on a specific article.
One option is to the author's record within Harvard Profiles
https://connects.catalyst.harvard.edu/profiles/search/
On occasion, some publications in an author's list will link directly to Altmetric information. The icon will then link to the specific data within the Altmetric site. Below is an example:

Alternatively you could download the Altmetric Bookmarklet, and that too allows quick access to a specific publication's Altmetric data:
