There is a free Altmetric tool that is available to help us identify these metrics on a specific article.
One option is to the author's record within Harvard Profiles
https://connects.catalyst.harvard.edu/profiles/search/
Within some of the author's list of publications you will find Altmetric information, including a link to the specific data within the Altmetric site.

Alternatively you could download the Altmetric Bookmarklet, and that too allows quick access to a specific publication's Altmetric data:
