If you encounter items that the Harvard Library does not own, then you can submit a request through the Harvard Library Interlibrary Loan Service.
Requests need to be placed online using their form here:
http://nrs.harvard.edu/urn-3:hul.eresource:illhulha
The short 2 minute video below will help provide some an overview on how the request process works, and a helpful tip on how to "pre-populate" much of the information that the Interlibrary Loan form will require.
